GO Tigers?

Jack is already getting pretty philosophical about baseball. Today he said, "Mommy, I'm not giving up on the Tigers, but some options might not be bad."I
Then he announced he was also a Cubs Fan. (Thank goodness he didn't say he loved the Yankees.)
In a Baseball season already full of disappointment, I didn't have the heart to tell him that the Cubs might also break his heart. He probably wouldn't have listened anyway. He's already quite independent for a 1-year-old. Sometimes kids just have to learn lessons the hard way.
He'll probably feel better about his Tigers in the morning. They won their 3rd game of the season.
And, at least the Cubbies couldn't let him down today; they didn't have a game.

Fun at the Park

Jack has been enjoying the recent nice weather and having fun at some of Jackson's Parks. This is at Sharp Park. Mommy can't wait to try the driving range there, it looked really nice.
We have 2 parks within walking distance of our house, so that's really nice. Let's hope for more nice weather.

Ride 'em little cowboy

Sorry the quality isn't great. I just took this with my camera. Jack loves balloons and his Birthday "1" stuck around a long time. One day, he just started riding it like a horse.
